This pressure cooker is suitable for all hob types except induction (the base is a composite material). The gasket should be replaced (needs to be replaced every year) - order from Prestige website. Pressure cookers are great for casseroles and stews, steaming puddings and much more and cook items in a very short time. Collection only.
