Wooden play house on offer. Due to limited access (narrow side path) it would have to be dismantled to be removed. It was erected by previous house owner and seems mainly nailed together so would require sawing or crowbar and possible reinforcement when putting back together to ensure safety. Taker would have to dismantle on collection.
