Should you not have anyone want to take your office things, have you considered offering them to local schools? I know teachers who'd LOVE to have your paper cutter, and every school needs files like the blue ones you're offering. State (rather than private) schools will be more in need, and primary schools often have less equipment (and furniture, such as the stuff you're also offering) than secondary schools, but both are worth contacting.
