Carpet from lounge room, reasonable condition, that's to say it is not new so the pile is flattened but there are no bald patches or obvious injuries from furniture. It is 10' by 15' at its narrowest in each direction, but there are alcoves at each end of the room making it 17' (rather than 15') into the alcoves, and also on the fireplace wall there is a further 2' (making it 12' wide rather than 10') into the alcoves either side of the hearth.
