32' Plasma Television with stand, remote and instruction book. About 9 years old, does have a fault in that when you turn it on it turns itself off again a few times but seems to be fine when working. do not know if the problem will get worse, we have lived with it for a few weeks. If it is any use to anyone, they are welcome to take it away. It does have 3 HDMI ports. Television is Black
