Shed measures 17ft(l), 8ft (w), 7ft(h). It has double doors at both ends and a porch. It is wired with three sockets and has a light above the main door as well as on the porch. It has glazed windows down one side and onto the porch. The shed is very robust and has been well looked after. We need to either; a) price for dismantling and moving from one site in Hitchin to another site also in Hitchin - not necessarily on the same day. b) take away. Buyer must dismantle and take away themselves and give a commitment to have it gone by the end of June.

As I can see the access is very narrow, dismantling it is a job for 3 maybe one day, including transport to another site in Hitchin, most screws and nails are rusted, thus cannot be reverse unscrewed, some elements like roofing might need new parts, felt etc. Fitting it back on the new location is another day in 3 persons. The van to transport it must be a Luton van or bigger. Assuming £200 per qualified person (with tools) this job is work-wise minimum £1200, add the transport another £200 minimum it comes up to £1400 if the new location has already in place a proper foundation. If not, than add another £600 for the new foundation including workmanship, materials bought and dropped, mixer hire, etc... Therefore talking cheaply it will cost around £2000 or something more, up to maybe 50%, depending on access to both sites and other aspects. Without seeing the locations I assume I could do this job for minimum £1800 (plus taxes if not cash), but after the survey price might vary. My mobile is 07771540581 Emil Pop Emil.
