Large dresser - needs lots of work

I have a large dark stain/painted dresser that is in need of lots of work. The dresser is 49.5"h x 44.5"w x 20.5"d. All drawers are present -- the bottom drawer's inside bottom is broken, but piece is present. There are no knobs on the dresser. The veneer is not in good shape. This piece is large and quite heavy. I had intended to refinish and fix up this dresser, but do not have time -- hopefully someone else would be interested.
