Hello Do you mind me asking what model this fridge freezer is? Does it self defrost, or no? Is it a heavy model? If I got a van to pick it up, could you help them to put in van, or would I need two people for this? Is it on the ground floor where it is right now (affects van rental price if say on first/second floor? Sorry all the questions. Good to know. All the best Maura
