Halfords roof rack with 3 x bicycle carriers

Black Halfords Roof rack designed for VW passat with clamps that fit onto the bars that come with the car. (1998 model) The roof rack is probably 15 years old but has spent a lot of time in our garage so is in good condition. The roof rack has 3 x Halfords bicycle carriers attached to it, which were purchased separately and can hold everything from childs to adult racing bikes and mountain bikes. All usable. New owner to take everything.

Are the bike racks the ones that hold the saddle and handle bars or the wheels?
