Green garden waste bin. I am in Kents Bank Road, Grange. An extra garden bin turned up when I was on holiday. No-one seems to know anything about it. This isn;'t really mine to give away. I have let the council know and they have given me a collection number. However it can take over a year for a bin to show up, and collection seems no faster. If you are entitled to one, we can save the council two trips.
