Clearing out father flat following his death have G Plan Two seater sofa and two matching arm chairs, one with manual pop-up foot rest. Were re-upholster in 2017 and lost fire retardant labels, arm chairs have some ware and tear from use but sofa is in very good condition. Can take as separate items or three piece set. Collection only from first floor flat good stair access in West Worthing West Sussex. Ideal for some one - couple starting first home.
