Beautiful mid green antique velvet chaise longue. Has interior storage by lifting up seat. Mechanism for this works perfectly and seat stays up The left hand arm goes up and down into various positions using the lever. The right hand arm is stuck in the up position. it has the lever so it might be able to be fixed. It needs the fabric at each end sewing down (see photos), or you could just fold it under and pin it with upholstery pins. The back has not yet been re-covered. I think there is enough fabric in the storage to do this and re-do the front It has some evidence of cats scratching along the base at the front, and one dark mark - see photos, but you could possible re upholstery the front with the plentiful amount of spare green velvet fabric provided Bought by my grandmother in the late 1960s at saleroom (auction) in Hereford.
