All the details

This item was discarded outside our house but appears to be in working order. The box was damp but the toy was in a bubble wrap bag and is clean and dry. It has batteries, turns on and off and has the instructions. I haven't tried to play with it! Would anyone like it before we throw it out? We live near The Moonrakers pub.
