I bought a Santa Suit for my 23lb Frenchie and it was one size too big. In the front from the neck down it is 13" and in the back from the neck down it is 18" and it is about 29" around, with a Velcro closure in front. It would be great for a medium sized dog about 30-35lbs would be my guess.
