Hi I love this beautiful table .... and I've just moved to a small cottage after a period in the US - and need a new table for family dinners. I have a very small budget for all the new things we need. Is the measurement you've given for the table at its smallest? Also, are the chairs in good order please .... I'm sorry to ask but my relatives are elderly
