Dining table + 4 chairs

Hi, I have on offer a solid teak 70s extending dining table and 4 chairs (not actually matching the table but also solid teak framed). They will all need sanding down and the chairs need the seats recovered but otherwise they are perfectly sturdy, useable items which would be criminal to dump or burn! I do have a 5th chair frame, so if you are that way inclined it should be simple enough to make a seat pad bit for it. I have included a photo of one of chairs because I can't upload a second picture. Many thanks.
