In good used condition from smoke free home. The furniture is about 10 years old, the mattress is less than 2 years old. It’s been only slept on a few times as it was a spare bed. Please note there are a couple of tears on zip, see photos. It’s not visible unless back cushions are removed. The covers have been washed, ready to go to a new home.
