Corner cabinet in dark wood; comes in two pieces

I am clearing my father's flat and need to find a home for this piece of furniture. It's been well looked after. It needs to be secured to a wall, and the legs have been cut to fit around the skirting board in my father's flat, which is in Windermere. It's approximately 180 cm high and 50 cm deep at each corner. The photograph shows it on its side on the floor - not where it usually lives!
