Dimensions, about 70cm wide and 1.2m high. 150W electric heater element. There's a catch; because of where it was fitted, its electrical cable has been cut to a very short length (about a foot). You would either need to replace the heating element, or already have an electrical point at the perfect spot in your bathroom. I believe it can also be plumbed in to a water system instead of being used as an electric towel warmer, but you'd need to ask a plumber to be sure.
