I have a 6ft Christmas tree. It is brand new, still in the box. It is pre-lit however the lights have never worked and it was never collected when I tried to return it. Bought for over £100 so a lovely tree - perhaps you can fix the lights.

Hi Can the lights be taken off the tree if they don't work and replaced with others or are they fixed?
