My grandchildren are now too big for this playhouse and they could do with the extra room in their garden. I have DISMANTLED the structure so it is easier to be able to take away. The fixing screws and nails are available and the felt roof has been preserved to reattach. The house does, however, need a new floor. It is located at my daughter's house in Elvetham Heath, Fleet so I will need to arrange a time to be there for collection.
