Is this easy to lift? I’m a single mother and don’t have much help! Do you think it would fit into a Subaru Impreza hatchback?

These are nearly 6 foot by 6 foot, so no, will not fit in any kind of car. They are sturdy and definitely require 2 strong people to lift .
