Black and Decker Cordless Drill with charger.Not working. Maybe you can get it to work. It says it's fully charged when put on charge but it's not charging as its not working. I'm sure there is a way maybe on YouTube. It has hardly been used and was left for a very long time without being used which could have caused the problem. If you can sort it, good for you.
