Lee, I have now explained to John as he didn’t realise where we were and he is aware that we’re the first request before you. I’m sure you understand as I am disabled and unable to work and my husband is my carer - who this is for- we can’t afford to buy so I hope you can understand and let us have the item out of courtesy

Hi Lee, John has emailed to say if you can understand the situation we can have the item as it was a misunderstanding- I’m hoping that you understand now I’ve also explained the situation and our predicament so we can now arrange collection from John instead as it should have been offered to us as first response to the advert anyway- thank you so much

Here is the email from John- so you can see that it’s a misunderstanding and we should have been allocated as first requested- hope this makes sense Lee ———— Sorry penny I have already sent a email to Lee saying he can have it ...I can't go back on my word....but if you can contact Lee and he says you can have it then that won't be a problem. I can’t contact you Lee, but John will confirm this is correct if you speak to him please

But we requested it first and it shouldn’t have been offered to you at all Lee- surely you can see the mistake which John has confirmed and he is happy to confirm this to you too. Your attitude is not in keeping with the freely wheely community and I certainly would not respond in your manner to a genuine error. I think it best that John retracts the item to make an informed decision which is fair

Hi Lee I am extremely upset about this whole situation - I feel there has been no fairness and I will take the matter further with freely wheely to stop individuals who exploit clear errors being able to access this site going forwards

I have emailed freely wheely admin about this matter and copied John in as this scenario goes against community ethos. We are all human and make mistakes, however, this has not been appreciated and a member of the disabled community has been made to feel ill and upset in the responses above.
