Armchair - needs new elastic webbing

Circa 1940's armchair. Sturdy and very well made but in need of new elastic webbing under the seat and possibly upholstery. Approx. 75cms wide by 85cms high and deep. Seat at approx 40cms high (with cushion when sat on). Would suit someone who wants to restore it - easy to do if you have the inclination. Smoke free home.
