Anatomical Neckcare Pillow

I bought this Anatomical Neckcare Pillow years ago but it has never been used. As soon as I took it out of it's sealed, plastic cover, I realised that it was too firm for me. I was informed that I couldn't return it for hygiene reasons, because the seal to it's outer wrapper had been broken. It's spent many year in a cupboard and it needs to go. There is an outer pillow case, which is washable. There is a very small tear on it where I grabbed it when I pulled it out of the cupboard. The pillow itself is in perfect condition.
