Needs a good sanding and varnish but otherwise solid. Has hosted many a games night. Need to downsize. Want someone else to have the joy of this table. Please take the chairs if you can. Three matching pairs. Some need some comfort work. I really would love someone take this and enjoy it as much as I have .
