3 Seater Sofa plus Arm chair

A three seater sofa. Nice and big for two people! Also a matching arm chair. I love this sofa and arm chair selling because we've moved house and the shape doesn't fit. There is one black mark on the back of the sofa, but you cant see it once its against a wall. I'm giving it away with the cushions, the cushions have some marks on them however washing them will more than likely remove them. If the cushions aren't to your taste just throw them away! The arm chair is spotless, virtually new as we never used to sit in it. The sofa has a small 2cm tear in the bottom right at the front, hardly noticeable and possibly easy to repair if you are good with a needle and tread.
