Hello We are very interested in offering your sofa a new home, where it will be much used. I have 3 questions please as part of our consideration: What are the outer dimensions of the sofa please, as we might have space restrictions? Is the bed part of it easy to unfold? Is the sofa very heavy? (This is a 'relative' type of question I realise) Thank you Jenneke
