3 seat Multiyork fabric sofa

From a smoke free and pet free home. This is a quality item which we bought new in 2001 and it has had light family use since then. The fabric still looks good, and we have had armrest covers fitted all that time. We have downsized and we need to let it go to a new home. There is also have a matching 2 seater sofa available. This 3 seater is large and heavy, so you will need a Transit sized van. It won't fit in an estate. It is made to the correct fire standards, and each cushion has a label inside to that effect. The cushions are reversible and the covers can be dry cleaned. We have the original user pack from Multiyork. Item is in Milford on Sea. It is not a sofa bed, and sorry I can't deliver it :( Edit: I forgot the sizes.. It is 1950 mm wide, 1050 mm high and 1050 mm deep. Seats are 23 in deep.
