2 Times toddler bikes (COULD BE USED WITHOUT PEDDLES ETC LIKE A SKOOT BIKE)

Two bikes 16inch from frame handlebar end to frame peddle end (see photo) Seat extends to 24inches. Both bought from halfords new, for twins four years ago. used and loved but grown out of. The honesty bit: They both need attention and one definitely needs a new back tyre. The brakes and wheel rims need seeing to as are surface rusty, but could be o.k. to skoot. They aren't really for the road anyway and could be used with no peddles/brakes or anything like the wooden skoot bikes you see. Don't like to just throw them on the tip! Please find a home for them.
