This set is in 'as new' condition and has never been used. Bought as a present, a back injury (not caused by lifting weights) has prevented me from using them. It comprises: 1x Barbell (167cm/66" long) 2x Dumbells with plastic grips 6x Star nuts 6x 4.5kg plates 6x 2.3kg plates 4x 1.1kg plates Total weight of 45.2kg PLUS the bars. The plastic dumbell grips allow for ab rollouts too.
