Installed in small cottage February 2018 at a cost of £2700 Commissioned and tested but never used. Still under 2 year warranty till February 2020. 2 remote controls and comprehensive paperwork. Max 120kg / 19 stones. Simply fixes to stairtreads with just 3 base plates and wood screws. Measured slope angle is 42 degrees but this will be adjustable. Rail is 10'3" long. Motorised slide adds about 12" to its effective length. Only projects 13" from wall when not in use with seat folded up.
