This four cord performance machine can have the resistance varied by only using 1, 2, 3 or all four cords symaltaineous. The low impact of Pilates Performance machine offers a lifestyle and body condition regime designed to strengthen muscles, posture and flexibility of the body. There are numerous videos on Utube suggesting use and exercise regimes for all levels from beginner's to the upper levels of fitness. The dimensions are: Approximate length 215cm (7' 0") x width 53cm (21") when in use. When folded for storage it is 114cm (45") high x 53cm (21") wide x 20cm (8") deep.
