About 10 years old so moss is starting to grow on it but still works fine and just needs a clean. About 8 panes of glass are missing due to playing football right next to it! The two skylights open well and the door slides open well. Seems to be held together with square nuts and bolts. Don’t think it is bolted down but is hard to tell. You will need a large van or trailer of course
