A single kettlebell is an excellent took for fitness training with hundreds of exercises and exercise combinations available. I have others, and and no longer require this one. It has suffered one or two small chips as a result of mishandling by students, but not on the grip area and it is still just as effective. Happy to give some advice if you're interested. Trying here first, before going to ebay, where current listings for used 12kg KBs are £30 - £40. Collect from Cambridge, just off the A38. Call Jim Clough on 07837 823353 for directions.
