This set is from the G Plan Fresco range. Included is a teak, drop leaf dining table and 6 chairs (2 of them carvers). All items are in good condition but there are some signs of use but nothing major. Attempts to clean the seats have resulted in water marks, so they will need to be re-covered, hence the lower price.
