Dyson 12 Root Cyclone Hoover Comes with 4 different attachments Works fine on flat surfaces like lino, laminate flooring, etc, however, seems to struggle picking up on carpeted areas. Perhaps the filter needs replacing. I have checked for blockages and cannot seem to find any. Could just require a refurbishment. I have now purchased a new hoover so surplus to requirements
