Comes with removal top piece (Top has removable drawer and 6 additional open shelves/compartments legal sizes and mail sizes). Dimensions without top part (desk alone) 29 3/4 H 51 W 24 1/2 D Top Compartment (shown in photo alone) 9 3/4 H 47 1/2 W 8 3/4 D Full desk (both together) just add 9 3/4 hight to the 29 3/4 for a total of 39 1/4 tall. You hall from start from here to there.
