The multi - position bed has adjustable height side rails , overhead hand pull (to help oneself pull up to a sitting position), and a push button control (like a TV remote) for raising the top of the bed and bottom of bed independently. It also has a water-proof covered mattress (good condition), which is removable. The bed has only been used for approximately 2 years. The bed will need to be dismantled which is not difficult.
