Bed has side rails (adjustable), overhead hand pull (to help oneself pull up to a sitting position), and has a small push button control (like a tv remote) for raising top of bed and bottom of bed independently. It also has a waterproof mattress (good condition), which is removable. The bed has only been used for approximately 3 years. The bed would need to be dismantled and collected.
