Too many functions to list all here, but a very well-designed camera for easy use by either beginner or expert photographer. Ideally suited to someone wanting to move up from a ‘point-and-shoot’ compact camera, but avoid the complexity and expense of a full DSLR. This is my second FinePix camera (I had an older/lesser model previously) and they have both turned out excellent results. One thing I particularly like is Fuji’s use of standard AA batteries, rather than super-expensive proprietary ones! I have used rechargeables (recommended) - with a spare set in reserve - although ordinary alkaline ones also work fine (a useful feature should you run out of power at an awkward moment!). The final two photographs were taken with this camera, demonstrating the range of the 24x zoom lens.
