Wanted: Exterior Masonary Paint

Hi as a group of neighbours we are looking for any exterior masonary paint to give our concrete yard a bit of a lift; it's part of the community garden project I've started. The Council cannot stretch to painting it. Ideally we're looking for white/cream or pale colours. I've attached a photo of what we currently have. We also need a couple of lengths of 4 x 4 timber any help would be gratefully appreciated - we can collect.
