*Moderators please let us know if this is within forum rules. Or point us in the right direction* My daughter aged 8 and son 4 start at an Independent School (SW10) in September. We've recently bought a property in Kent, but are concerned about the daily commute between Kent and Earls Court. School starts at 8.30 and it will mean an early commute at 6.35am, daily. We are seeking a long-term mutually beneficial and amicable arrangement living in a vacant property for 5 days a week - Monday to Friday, from September, while spending the weekends in Kent. Ideally a property whose owners spend a lot of time away (travelling or live abroad) and are seeking the trust, and security of someone living and looking after their home - looking out for any potential house issues. This for us will be a home away from home. About us: Tina is a Senior Biomedical Scientist and manages a research facility at UCL London. Simon has previous experience in Real Estate Investment and Consultancy, has recently concluded a Law degree, and has an interest in the conflicts of international law.
