How about if you explicitly say that the item isn't real in the listing description? The answer is no, I'm afraid you can't. Depending on where in the world you are, It is almost certainly against the law to buy or sell something that is an unauthorised copy. If you have been redirected here it is likely that the item you were looking for has been deleted because of this rule. Sorry for any disappointment that this has caused.
