I am possibly interested in the furniture which you have kindly offered. Is the sofa in good condition? Any tears or worn patches? Please can you let me know the measurements for the sofa please-just need to check that it would fit the space I have available? Would you consider allowing me to have the sofa or would I have to take the armchairs too? Thank you.
