We don't have a title, but it was registered before we got it.

I believe you could. If you go to dmv.ny.gov and check out boat registration you will see the requirements.

Still interested in boat just trying to find a way to register it the dmv says you cant without last owner registration or title thanks again

Glad to know. If you enlarge one of the photos, it shows a NY registration in 2007 and the number on the boat is NY7291FF. The boat was registered in 2007 under number 00266143
