Cot bed and Changing Unit

I have the following looking for a new home Cot bed - can be with or without the matress Underbed drawer Changing unit with drawers The cot bed has 1 slat removed as I broke it and there is a crack in the side of the changing unit as shown in the picture. Both of these issues haven't affected use at all.
