Sturdy hand-built chicken/duck house with capacity for 3 hens. Run attaches to hen house. 6 years old. Both need a bit of TLC i.e house needs painting with 'safe' creosote and some of the wood along the bottom of the run might need reinforcing (minor wood-rot). Nest box and small perch included. Front door into run slides open and back door has hinged opening. Would need to be collected.
