Fotocare 4000 AF. Screw on fitting for most cameras and scopes. Fully adjustable. I now have another tripod for my sight scope, so no longer needed. Still works fine, but 2 of the plastic locking clamps split and have been repaired with glue and self- amalgamating tape - see photo.
